I was so tired of being tired
I’ll never forget the moment I realized something had to change.
I’ll never forget the moment I realized something had to change.
I was exhausted, burnt out, and questioning why I went into nursing. I was so stressed, beaten down, and tired, I couldn’t even find time to grab groceries on the way home. Work was so busy, I had a toxic manager, and felt so isolated.
I was taking out my anger all on the wrong people: my husband, my mom, and even my kids. I had become a shell of my former self, just trying to keep my head above water day after day.
I had no energy to function, let alone put in the extra effort needed to make a change.
If you’ve ever felt the same (stuck, undervalued, and unsure of your next step) you’re not alone.
That’s why I created Beyond Bedside Bootcamp: a high-touch program for nurses ready to take control of their careers, discover nontraditional opportunities, and finally build a life that feels good again.
Inside, you’ll get:
✅ Clear pathways into nontraditional and remote nursing roles (with real job examples, not random lists)
✅ Resume + LinkedIn templates and trainings to help you stand out
✅ Weekly group coaching so you’re never navigating this alone
✅ Guest speakers who’ve actually landed non-bedside roles and share exactly how they did it
And most importantly: you’ll be surrounded by other nurses who get it. Nurses who are done settling for burnout, toxic workplaces, and “just surviving.”
This isn’t just another online group. It’s a guided, supportive bootcamp designed for action, clarity, and transformation.
Imagine where you could be six months from now: working remotely, spending more time with your family, and finally feeling excited about your career again.
You’ve taken care of everyone else. It’s time to take care of you.
See you inside,
Sara
P.S. Accepted members get immediate access to over $500 worth of digital resources, including resume templates, a remote nursing job report, and recorded workshops on interviews and salary negotiation.
Standing out in your job search
“I’m applying to hundreds of jobs with 0 responses”.
I hear daily from nurses they are applying into the void.
Here’s the cold, hard truth: the job market isn’t what it used to be.
Non-bedside jobs are more competitive than ever.
There are HR and recruitment shortages.
Many decision-makers took summer vacation.
“In a market where 99% of jobseekers play it safe, the fastest way to stand out is to be the 1% willing to go further.”
Here are some ways to stand out (that anyone can do):
Ask to do an unpaid shadow day
Bring in a hard copy of your resume (after applying online first)
Message recruiters/managers on LinkedIn
Ask a people who have the job you want for a 15-minute coffee chat
Write posts that show your skills, knowledge and expertise (aka thought leadership)
99% of people will not do this.
Be the 1%.
